How earnings work

Every item in the fundraising catalog has a customer selling price and an organization purchase price. Your organization keeps the difference on each item it sells and pays Restorative Glow the purchase price in one invoice. Your exact earnings are agreed in writing before your fundraiser starts.

Fundraising FAQ

Who can participate?: Schools, churches, youth groups, teams, nonprofits, and community organizations. An authorized adult representative must apply and sign the agreement.
How does the fundraiser work?: Your organization sells from the fundraising catalog, collects supporters' payments, then places one consolidated order and pays one invoice.
How much can an organization earn?: Each catalog item shows a customer selling price and your organization's purchase price. You keep the difference. Exact amounts are set in your fundraiser agreement.
How long can a fundraiser run?: Dates are agreed for each fundraiser and written into your agreement.
Are there minimum sales requirements?: Any minimums are shown in the catalog and confirmed in your agreement.
How are orders placed?: Through your organization's private ordering link, as one consolidated order. Supporters don't order from our website.
Who fulfills the orders?: Restorative Glow makes every product by hand and hands over the complete order. Your organization distributes items to supporters.
When are products delivered?: Production begins after your invoice is paid. We confirm a completion date once we've reviewed your order and our capacity.
When does the organization receive its earnings?: Right away. You keep your portion when supporters pay you, and you pay us only the purchase price of the products.
Can an organization run multiple fundraisers?: Yes. Each fundraiser is set up separately.
What happens if an order is refunded?: Cancellations and refunds follow the terms in your fundraiser agreement.
